Wraparound Care

We at Hempstalls recognise that parents lead busy lives and need the flexibility at the beginning and end of the school day. To help with this we run a 'Before and After School' Club in School for working families.

FREE Breakfast Club

8:15am - 8:30am

A free bagel or cereal and a drink are served every morning between 8:15am and 8:30am in the school dining hall. This is supervised by Staff. Therefore, all children who attend do not require an accompanying adult. NB. Only children Reception to Year 6 can access this.

Before School Club

Staff are employed to take care of your child and serve breakfast for the following charges:

7:30am - 8:15am = £5

After School Club

Staff are employed to take care of your child and serve snacks and drinks for the following charges:

3:15pm - 4:00pm
Including a piece of fruit & a drink = £5
3:15pm - 5:00pm
Including a piece of fruit, drink & a snack = £7
3:15pm - 6:00pm
Including a piece of fruit, drink & a snack = £9

Other Information

Care Club Contract

Parents and Carers must sign the Care Club contract before their child is admitted into Care Club. These can be obtained from the school office.

Care Club Bookings

All children must be booked into Care Club beforehand by a Parent/Carer by booking via the Arbor app. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance so that we can ensure that the correct amount of Staff are on duty.

Paying for Care Club

All payments must be made at the time of booking. Arbor will not accept bookings without a payment.
