Wraparound Care

We at Hempstalls recognise that parents lead busy lives and need the flexibility at the beginning and end of the school day. To help with this we run a 'Before and After School' Club in School for working families.

Breakfast Club

8:15am - 8:30am

DfE Funded

A bagel or cereal and a drink are served every morning between 8:15am and 8:30am in the school dining hall. This is supervised by Staff. Therefore, all children who attend do not require an accompanying adult.

Before School Club

Staff are employed to take care of your child and serve breakfast for the following charges:

7:30am - 8:15am = £5.25 (Early Years)

7:30am - 8:15am = £5 (Rec-Y6)

After School Club

Staff are employed to take care of your child and serve snacks and drinks for the following charges:

3:00pm - 4:30pm
Including a piece of fruit & a drink = £7 (£8 Early Years)
3:00pm - 5:30pm
Including a piece of fruit, drink & a snack = £10 (£11 Early Years)
3:00pm - 6pm
Including a piece of fruit, drink & a snack = £12 (£13 Early Years)

Other Information

Care Club Bookings

All children must be booked into Care Club beforehand by a Parent/Carer by booking via the Arbor app. All bookings must be made no later than 06:30am (before school club) + 12:00pm (after school club) on the day of required childcare. This is to ensure adequate staff to pupil ratio.

Non-bookers and late collection will receive two warnings before a penalty charge of £10 is applied to your account for each non-booked session or late collection thereafter. No further bookings will be taken until this is cleared.

Paying for Care Club

All payments must be made at the time of booking. Arbor will not accept bookings without a payment.
